Originally from Tula, Russia, I have been fortunate to live and work on three continents in seven different countries before settling here in Houston in 2017. This has helped me to gain a unique perspective, knowledge and skillset working with international clients with varying cultural backgrounds, as well as learning to speak several foreign languages.  Being on the opposite side of the transaction myself several times in multiple countries (both as a buyer and a seller), I understand that your home is likely your most valuable asset, and you should work with a professional who treats it as such. An agent who is familiar with the market and is dedicated to meeting your needs as a client. Having moved from place to place so often in life, I recognize how important it is to find a home that feels like your personal sanctuary. For most of us this is the single most important purchase decision we can make in our lives, both, as a place to live, as well as being a solid financial investment.

I am personable, sincere and customer-focused. Competence, knowledge, integrity, as well as being a good listener are all qualities and values that I sought in an agent as a customer. These are the qualities  that I strive to offer my clients.

My unique background helps me to understand and focus on the needs of my clients and my multilingual ability aids in facilitating communication with those clients who prefer the comfort of their language. My goal is to listen, understand and to prioritize the clients' needs in helping them to find the house that 'fits' – 'the home' of their dreams.
